Meet Your Local Melrose Representative: Lorie Crandall

Serving retailers across Utah, Lorie brings over 25 years of experience in the home and gift industry, along with a strong background in both buying and leadership. She began her career as a buyer for Roberts Craft Stores and Provo Craft, where she was first introduced to Melrose, an experience that sparked her long-standing appreciation for the line.

She later served as COO for Real Deals, a network of home décor and women’s apparel franchises across the U.S. and Canada, gaining valuable insight into retail operations, merchandising, and what it takes to support store success. After transitioning into sales, she has found a natural fit in working directly with retailers, helping them identify product that resonates and supports growth.

Her approach is rooted in strong relationships, thoughtful product selection, and a genuine passion for the industry.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and takes pride in calling Utah home.
